Custom Portrait Terms & Conditions
By commissioning artwork from Izzie Turner at Dizzign, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Commission Agreement
Izzie Turner at Dizzign specialises in custom portrait art of pets, people, and other subjects upon request. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commission price is required to secure the booking. The balance will be payable upon completion and approval of the artwork. You are welcome to review Izzie Turner’s previous work displayed on the website to understand the style and quality of work provided.

Changes and Satisfaction
Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with the final artwork. If you are not entirely happy with the piece, reasonable changes will be made to meet your expectations. If, after reasonable adjustments, you remain dissatisfied with the artwork, you agree to forfeit the 50% deposit and no further payment will be required. The remaining balance will not be due.

Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the custom and highly personal nature of commissioned artwork, refunds of deposits are not provided under any circumstances. Should you choose to cancel the commission after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.

Delivery and Packaging
All artwork will be packaged securely with protective wrapping. Each piece will be marked with "DO NOT BEND" to ensure proper handling. Standard delivery is by first-class post unless otherwise agreed.

Postal Insurance
While every effort will be made to protect the artwork during shipping, Izzie Turner at Dizzign cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by postal services. If you wish to have your artwork insured during transit, this can be arranged at an additional cost, which will cover both the price of postage and the artwork itself. In the event of damage or loss, postal insurance enables Izzie Turner to recreate the artwork, ensuring you are not out of pocket.

Intellectual Property Rights
Izzie Turner at Dizzign retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork without prior consent.

Compliance with Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, custom-made goods are exempt from the right to cancel. This includes commissioned artwork. Once the deposit is made and work commences, cancellation and refund rights do not apply. 8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of England and Wales courts. - Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (or other payment providers we use).
- We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
- You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Risk of loss and ownership for items pass to you once they are delivered by the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Certain items, such as clearance, custom, or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.
7. Third-Party Tools & Links
