What You Need to Know

Booking Your Wedding Art Experience

Begin with a personalised consultation call. A 50% deposit and signed contract to secure your date is required. Please note that dates fill fast, especially during peak wedding season.

Choosing Your Scene

Select your scene for the portrait with my guidance on artistic details. I’ll follow your photographer on the day, so you can choose from my images for a memorable moment.

Pre-Wedding Consultation

One month prior, we’ll have a virtual meeting to finalise setup, scene specifics, and any venue logistics.

Engaging Guest Experience

Guests are welcome to watch, chat, and enjoy the live art process, adding a unique touch to your celebration.

Framing Options

All artwork is professionally mounted. Framing services are available upon request for an additional fee—I will need to know your precise requirements and the cost will be added to your order.

Travel & Accommodation

Two hours of travel are included; additional charges apply for further distances and accommodation if needed. International events require coverage of flights, equipment transport, and at least two nights’ stay, all subject to agreement in advance.

Transparent Pricing

All costs are clearly outlined in the contract, with all art materials provided—no hidden fees.

Studio Time for Quality

Drawings can often require additional time to ensure highest quality. A largely finished piece will be ready for guests to enjoy on the day as the artwork evolves.

Personalised Inclusions

Family, friends, pets, and meaningful symbols can be integrated into your artwork. These can be discussed in your initial consultation or in our follow-up call.

Venue Protection

I’m fully insured, with a protective mat available for carpeted or historic venues.
